Hawthorn & Oak’s incense line is rooted in a quiet, intentional approach to daily ritual — blending natural materials with a clean, refined aesthetic. The brand feels grounded yet modern, focusing on simplicity, texture, and a sense of calm presence.

For this project, the imagery was designed to reflect that process and intention — pulling from the natural ingredients within the incense itself and incorporating them as subtle, supporting elements throughout the scene. Soft, neutral tones, gentle directional light, and minimal styling were used to create a calm, elevated atmosphere, allowing both the product and its raw materials to shape the overall tone and feeling of each image.
