How the Process Works
1. Start the Conversation
Begin by completing the Contact Form so we can learn about your brand, products, and visual goals. This helps us understand the direction of your project and determine which collaboration or partnership option best supports your needs.
2. Consultation & Creative Direction
Once your Contact Form is received, look out for an email to schedule your Creative Directive Call where we’ll discuss your brand vision, creative direction, and the types of visuals you need.
From there, our studio begins shaping the concept and will send a personalized Project Proposal and shot list for your production.

3. Secure Your Production Date
After approving your project proposal, you’ll receive your project invoice. Production dates are reserved once full payment is received. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed preparation guide outlining everything needed to prepare your products for the shoot.
4. Product Shipment & Preparation
Ship your products to our studio ahead of your scheduled shoot date. For local brands, pickup can also be arranged. If you’d like your items returned after the project, simply include a prepaid return label with your shipment.
Once your products arrive at the studio, we’ll confirm your production schedule and begin final styling preparation.
5. Production Day
On production day, our studio handles the entire creative process—from styling and set design to lighting and photography. You’ll be notified once production is complete and your preview gallery is ready for review.
6. Image Selection
Following the shoot, you’ll receive a private preview gallery where you can select your final images. This allows you to choose the visuals that best represent your brand before final editing begins.
7. Final Editing & Delivery
Selected images are carefully refined through our signature editing process to ensure they are polished, cohesive, and ready for professional use across your website, marketing, and product pages.
Final images are typically delivered within approximately three weeks of selection.
